Thirteen at Dinner
by Agatha Christie

The original gran dame of mystery, Agatha Christie is always a good read. I particularly like her Hercules Poirot novels about the fussy little Belgian detective and his unconventional approach to solving murders. I think series like Monk are all based on Christie’s novels. Thirteen at Dinner involves the blatant murder of Lord Edgware by his wife. Or was it? Before the novel is done, almost everyone is under suspicion. This book is a fun mystery and this author is one of the greats.
